I. Please be aware of the Return policy
Check the quality of the products
The Buyer is required to carefully check if the packaging, which is the product packed in, is not damaged. In case of damage, it is necessary to check the product directly at the place of the delivery and with a courier/at a post write the protocol about the damages caused by the delivery. In this case, the Buyer immediately contacts the Seller.
If the Buyer takes over the product despite evident damage without writing the Protocol about the damages, the Seller may not accept the product back. The Buyer takeovers responsible for carefully checking the product, and contact the Seller about damages immediately, the latest 24 hours after a delivery. It is needed to keep the product in the original conditions, with its packaging and fillings.
Claims are possible within 14 days of your purchase. The Product cannot be used.
If you have received a damaged product (packaging was not damaged, the product was), please contact us on e-mail email@example.com (together with the photo of damaged product).
Returns are possible only of products bought from the Seller, fully paid.
- If you have received a damaged product, we can repair it, or exchange it.
- If the ordered size does not fit, we can exchange it (only sizes, not motives).
- If we have the product in the stock, we ship it immediately after receiving the product sent by the Buyer.
- If the product is not currently in stock, we will contact you about its delivery.
- If the claim has been approved, money will be returned to your bank account, not by post.
- If you have purchased a product with a special offer (1+1 for free etc.) you have to return all products of the whole special offer package.
The warranty period begins when the Buyer receives the product. The period is 24 months long (with exceptions set by law). If the product was exchanged, the new warranty period is being set. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by the wrong usage of the product, inappropriate treatment, due to the natural changes of the material from which is the product made of, due to improper storage or manipulation, or due to changes caused by the worn out of the product.
Claims have to be applied by the end of the warranty period. With the expiration of the warranty period, the Buyer does not have an opportunity to propose a claim.

When filling in the form please do not forget to write:
- Who makes a claim (name, surname, address), subject and reason of the claim
- To whom is this claim addressed
- Bank account where the funds supposed to by returned (if the money refund is requested)
The Buyer is required to describe the damage of the product.
If the claim does not contain requirements mentioned above, it will be considered as unauthorized.

All required costs are covered by the Buyer. The Seller reserves the rights not to accept the product sent with the cash on delivery by the Buyer.
V. Returns procedures
Time limit for the returns is up to 30 days from the day of receiving the claim. The Buyer receives a written answer about the claim by email or post from the Seller.
In case the Seller’s claim is acknowledged and the mistake of Seller is approved, the Seller bears the costs of handling the claim and sending the new/repaired product to the Buyer.
In the case of non-acceptance of the claim or in the case of a request for a size change by the Buyer, the cost of sending the goods to the Buyer are borne by the Buyer.
You will receive a refund to your bank account up to 14 days from the day of the claim in case it was acknowledged.
Day of the claim means the day when both: the product and the filled Return form were delivered to the Seller.
Other legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer not specifically mentioned here are following the legislation of Slovak Republic.
Other legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer not expressly described by the Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the individual contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, the relevant provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Internet shop www.sobi.eco and the relevant provisions of generally binding legal regulations valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic; in that order.
The Seller is authorized to change the Return policy at any time without previous announcement. Change of the Return policy is valid on the day of its publication on the website of www.sobi.eco
This Return and Refund Policy comes into force on the 1st of January 2019 and regulates the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer in exercising the rights arising from the Seller’s liability for defects of goods purchased through the online store at www.sobi.eco as well as the rights and obligations of related. With respect to the applicable legislation, a distinction is made between the Buyer who, in concluding and performing the contract, acts in the course of his business or other business activity and individual agreement with the Seller, and the Buyer consumer.
